Insurance Policy
Dental insurance operates differently from medical insurance. We encourage you to review the benefit booklet provided by your insurance carrier so you understand the specific coverage included in your plan. The portion of treatment costs covered by insurance varies based on the details of your individual policy.
At the time of your treatment, we will provide an estimate of the amount your insurance company is expected to cover, based on the information they supply to us. Please note that this estimate is not a guarantee of benefits or the final payment amount. As a courtesy, we submit all insurance claims on behalf of our patients. However, this does not transfer your financial responsibility to the insurance carrier. If the insurer pays more or less than the estimated amount, you will be billed for any remaining balance or receive a credit for any overpayment. Please let us know if you have questions about our financial policies or financing options before beginning treatment.

Cancellations
Please provide at least 48 hours advance notice if you need to reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
